As The VALUE Coach, it's my mission to use my voice as a speaker and coach to elevate the lives of others and spread the VALUE vision.
Aigné Goldsby, Esq. The VALUE Coach
Aigné is a skilled trial attorney, speaker, and career coach passionate about diversity and spreading the VALUE vision. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.
Her experience as an attorney in Connecticut exposed her to innumerable instances where she struggled to feel valued. She is now proudly using her voice to speak up for herself and others like her.
As the Founder of Black Esquire®, Aigné is known as The VALUE Coach. She focuses her message on using your VALUE (VOICE to ADVOCATE so others can LEARN and UNDERSTAND your EXCELLENCE) to elevate your life and career. Her signature talk, The VALUE Vision, takes listeners on a journey of her own struggles of value and teaches them the importance of knowing your value and how to assert it confidently!
